Mistake 1: Color Fastness Failure on First Export Order (2012)
A German auto-parts client required 600 sets of deep navy blue workwear. Hengtong tested against Chinese national standard GB/T 3921 (Grade 4), but the client's contract required ISO 105-C06 (Grade 5). Post-delivery sampling found fading on 2 pieces, and the entire batch was returned.
